  • INFORMATION: The Not-Scars 2017 set is the first (non-political) non-Apple Pie online exclusive Garbage Pail Kids set released by Topps . Poking fun at Warren Beatty, La La Land, Amy Adams, and the 2017 Oscars (Academy Awards) in general, this set was available for a limited time and could only be purchased directly from the Topps website
