• INFORMATION: Chrome Series 6 released in August, and marked the THIRD Chrome release in 52 weeks...definitely keeping collectors of shiny GPK more-than-happy
  - The set is fairly standard for a Chrome release: re-prints of the Original Series 6 characters...a handful of new art cards...and a $#@%-ton of parallels to chase down (see odds below)
  - In a fun twist, Topps AGAIN included a print-error chase set similar to the 'No Blue-Ink' chase parallel from CS5. For CS6 there are 'Color Error' cards numbered 'CE-#', featuring different color nameplates and banners. There are 50 CE cards to collect (one for each character)
  - And because it's Topps, there is obviously SOME goofs that need pointed out. All C-name cards for the 6 new art characters (251-256) are numbered 'a' as opposed to 'c'. So make sure to check those names!
  - Perhaps the strangest little one-off from Topps was that they changed the name of card 224a from Monte Zuma to Michael Idol. Not entirely sure why that happened, but alas...I suppose some 'Michael's' out there are happy to have a new card to collect
  - A total of 12 new cards, featuring six new characters were introduced as "part of" Series 6. Artwork for the cards was done by Brent Engstrom, Joe Simko, Joe McWilliams, and David Gross. Unfortunately the numbering stuck with the (bad) formula from CS5, and Topps decided to not use 'AN_' for the numbers...and instead just used 251a/b-256a/b
  - There are 23 autos in the set. Tom Bunk signed all 7 of his OS6 cards, James Warhola signed all 10 of his OS6 cards, and each of the 6 new cards were signed by the corresponding artist. Auto card numbers: 212a, 213a, 214a, 215a, 216a, 218a, 223a, 231a, 232a, 233a, 241a, 242a, 243a, 244a, 245a, 246a, 248a, 251a, 252a, 253a, 254a, 255a, and 256a
  - And a big shock to collectors was the brand new introduction of Auto Superfractors...a 1/1 Superfractor card signed by the artist. The same 23 cards listed above can be found in Superfractor form
