  • INFORMATION: Topps enters month 11 of the Bizarre Holidays release with these four February releases. From their website: "Every day is a holiday! It seems like every day there is something to celebrate whether you know if or not each day of the year has a holiday connected to it. The Garbage Pail Kids want to help you celebrate some of these holidays for the month of February"
    New for the February releases was the introduction of one PURPLE parallel border card with each set. Each card was available in a parallel border, so this made it very difficult to complete a 'master set'
