- INFORMATION: The Not-Scars 2018 online exclusive set included both Garbage Pail Kids and Wacky Packages. Poking fun at The Shape of Water, Meryl Streep, and the 2018 Oscars (Academy Awards) in general, this set was available for a limited time and could only be purchased directly from the Topps website
